Returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or not as pictured/described. Returns are not pre-paid, but you will be fully refunded, minus shipping. If you would like to return an item, please contact me before mailing it back.
If any product happens to break, I will be more than happy to fix it, free of charge. Just return it to me, and I will ship it back to you for free; however, be sure to contact me before you send it back.
